DON’T BELIEVE IN MIRACLES, DEPEND ON THEM
You don’t need an explanation for everything.

Recognize that there are such things as miracles, events for which there are no explanations. Later, knowledge may explain those events away.

The fact that you plant a seed and it becomes a flower, share a bit of knowledge and it becomes another’s, smile at someone and receive a smile in return are common miracles.

Your duty to yourself is to believe that for which you have sufficient evidence, and to suspend your judgement when you have not.

Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic. Some things have to be believed to be seen.

Vision is the art of seeing invisible things.

Nothing Is Impossible To A Willing Heart

You can do anything in this world you want to do, but you must want to do it badly enough.
You really can have everything you want, if you go after it. You have to want it.

The first ingredient of success is desire. Do you know what you want?
Your desire is the planting of your seed.

Your desire for success must be so strong within you that it’s the very breath of your life. It must be your first thought when you wake in the morning, and your last thought when you go to bed at night.

You can be whatever you make up your mind to be. What’s in your mind is all that counts.

Step 2: Intensify your Desire to Achieve your Goal

Have you ever failed to achieve your goals?

Do you know the single most important reason why you couldn’t reach it?

The answer is simple: Because we did not have a strong enough desire.

Some may argue with that. “But I did have a strong desire and still I didn’t get there.”

Sorry, but if you didn’t reach your goal your desire was still not strong enough.

So what is the intense desire, passion?

It’s what keeps people working all hours, up early, late to bed. The desire dominates conversation, thinking, actions.

Take a moment to think about the goal you’ve set for yourself.

How committed are you to achieving this goal?

Under what conditions would you give up?

What if you wanted them so badly that you knew with absolute certainty that you would absolutely, positively never ever give up?

Make sure your desire is strong enough and let’s go to the next step!

Today’s quick tip is an idea to help those sluggish spring and summer team sales. Generate excitement by fostering team work with a 100% participation day, week or month.

The goal is to get everyone on your team involved by having them place at least one order of any size during a pre-designated period of time. Make the offer to the entire team and ask that they phone you immediately to commit to the goal. You, as team leader, then send out the prize in advance to all who commit. It doesn’t have to be a large prize. Consider something that will mail inexpensively like sale fliers or an inexpensive company logo item. There is something about receiving the prize in advance that keeps people on task to accomplish what they have committed to.

This is a win-win situation. You win because your team sales will increase and team members win because this will re-energize their business for the fall.

I wanted to share this with you all from an email that I recieved today. ENJOY !!!! ☺

Personalized Service – it makes all the difference

It is really funny to stand back and observe the seasons of life through which we pass.

For many, our children occupy much of our lives and our thoughts as they grow and develop.

Many people have never been blessed to marry. Their “children” are usually their pets and the teens they minister to at their church. Many MAY have several friends who fall into this category as well.

Then there is the season when your children are grown, more independent and not yet married. It is during this season that one gets itchy for grandkids – but in the interim, We transfer our maternal instincts to our dogs. I have several friends sharing this season of life as well.

ALL that to say that one of my friends (who has two Welsh Corgies, sisters from the same litter) shared with me yesterday that for ‘the girls’ birthday, she received two cards in the mail – one for each dog – with a picture of a Corgie on the front. It had been sent by her pet healthcare insurance provider. She was absolutely blown away by that kind of personalized customer service.

What would happen if you did the same for your hostesses, return customers or team members?

Knowing that the people who pass through our lives are all going through a ‘season’ of their own; how can you take a personal interest in them and acknowledge that?

Those of you in the pet care business could follow the example of my friend’s insurance provider. ANY of us can drop a birthday, graduation, fathers/mothers day or anniversary card in the mail. If your product is child related, you can acknowledge the child’s birthday by sending a card, gift certificate or starting a birthday club. If you find out that someone is sick or has a parent who has passed away, a get well or sympathy card is also a nice touch.

You get the picture. Listen to your heart and listen when your customers share, making a note of important milestones. Acknowledge special life events with a personal note, postcard or greeting card. In doing so you will make your customer, hostess or team member feel very special and show that you care about them as a person. And caring about people is the key to true relationship and customer loyalty.
